He did admit it was their mixed up, but he still fought me because he said 'I should have went to my room that night.' I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and there is not a rule that says you have to go to your room or sleep in your room once you reserve that room and pay your deposit. He went to check the room out, also another manager went to check the room out also they tried their best to say 'I gave the keys to someone else they tried their best to say that I slept in that room' which I have never went to the room untill 9:30 a.m. It had been occupied both beds Messy, water bottle, garbage, food, shower, towels, everywhere, etc.

He fought me, because I did not go to my room, the night that I paid my deposit for the reservation but I did not want to go to the room yet, and when I did go 9:30am, someone else already use the room. He's very arrogant and he abuses his authority. Everyone is afraid to confront Fred because he's the director, Fred believes he can't be touched but I know that he can because there's always someone and a higher position than he is. If you have a complaint about the hotel Fred is the wrong person to complain to you need to go to the (MCA)Ministry of Corporate Affairs because that's the only way you can get through to them.

He never take responsibility for when the hotel is wrong, he will flip the script and blame you for their shortcomings and he always going to blame the customer when it's their fault. It's difficult to make a complaint to the hotel manager when a manager is the director of the hotel Fred a*^hole. I've never stayed at a Hotel yet, so I can't leave a review. But, if you're looking for food choices GreekTown Casino is easily the best of the 3. Whereas Vegas Casinos you're more there for the fun of it all, and Dealers understand that more. Again, it's not a Vegas Level experience, gamblers are there to gamble, and there's more sincere 'Work' if you know what I'm trying to say. Staff has been always overall nice to me. I'm a Craps Player, and again it's a casino, and Dealers there have been good and efficient. Since Covid unfortunately casinos in Detroit have learned $25-50 Minimums won't scare you away. But, again, it's been fun every time I go win or lose. It's not Vegas Level entertainment, and the Dealers aren't as 'Friendly' you could say. Not with Dealers, not with Pit Bosses, nothing.
