The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will always feel safe and secure staying at this casino and I could not ask for better hospitality. I was very impressed with their quick response to the situation and their honesty. I must have dropped it and through security cameras and my player's card number on the ticket was able to track me down to our room. I immediately said yes I came up short after my evening of gambling, to which they presented me with a payout ticket of $98. Later that evening there was a knock at our door and the casino security and hotel staff member asked to verify my player's card and then asked if I was missing some money. I was in the casino gambling and finished coming up to the room for the evening, I thought maybe a slot short changed me or I maxed out the credits by accident, but none the less thought I should have had more money than I ended up with. Overall, it was a lovely time and the employees were welcoming and kind! I would also like to say that the buffet and people that worked there were the best we have ever seen! We did not have any conversations, because I like to gamble in the morning and wanted to accrue more points prior to the conversation with the host. Obviously, that was not possible as nobody was available until afterwards!īeware! They cannot help you after the fact! She said we should have asked before checking out. We did talk to a host when they were in, but it was too late. We tried to talk to a casino host on Saturday morning before checked out but were told a casino host would not be in until 1:00. I was told when I booked that we would most likely have enough gambling points to have our room comped. The room was top-notch as well.īe careful when you book though.
